GRIP - A movie poem
If you are stuck in your own head, you will experience the world around you in a different way. "It's like walking through a dense fog day after day." Grip is a representation of that feeling. 16 young people talk about the feeling that they are losing control of life. There is a strong contrast between the fragile stories and the expressive power of the storytellers.

The film music provides a hypnotic trip through the inner world of the young people and of the viewer themselves. The film thus provides a different acceleration in which the viewer is taken into an internal world of experience.
Without judgment and without a solution, the poetic documentary makes it tangible what it is like to feel lost in a world that keeps turning. Grip is a film experience and an invitation to a conversation.
